I am so excited to let everybody know that my very first Phiray session (approx. 15-minutes on default settings) brought my vision back to the 20/20 (confirmed by font chart eye test), results that the original Theraphi sessions did but only lasted approximately 3 months before slipping back towards 20/60. I spaced the globes about 12 inches/30 cm apart and put my face close between the globes with the wand in the stand with the peephole pointing towards my eyes. Now that I have my own Phiray device I expect to keep my vision at 20/20. I do not recommend more than 15-minutes for a session from personal experience because your body will get really charged up and need to be grounded. I mean like take your shoes off and stand in the grass barefoot for 30-minutes or longer to balance the energy flow in your body. I have arthritis in both of my hands, so my second session with the globes 8 inches/20 cm apart, one hand I held between the globes and the wand peephole grasped in the other hand for the same approx. 15-minutes on default settings. The pain in my hands went from 6 to 1 even before the session was over. I have had 3 sessions for my hands which have reduced the swollen joints down so my ring almost fell off my finger when my hand was relaxed and hanging at my side, and two sessions for my eyes as of this comment. I am going to rest 24-hours before I start these sessions again. The programming part is more complicated, so I have not tried to program my own frequencies yet.
